My favorite is the Rubicon Trail from D.L. Bliss State park to Emerald Bay.  5 miles.  I sent a message to my nephew, who works for a limo service to see if we can get a shuttle back to our car and don't have to do the 10 mi. round trip.

I also use AllTrails 
Trails.com lists the Rubicon trail as 8 miles, but it goes all the way around emerald bay which we would not do.
It is considered moderate. Hikes you can walk to from our cabin
