Offline
If the ecobee flashes a yellow lite when you address it,it may be offline.
1. Please try hard rebooting the device by gently removing it off the wall without twisting or turning and then plugging it back in after 10 seconds.
2. If the previous step doesn't work, try unlinking and relinking Alexa to your ecobee.
3. Try turning your router off for 2 minutes. (This worked even though other devices were working on the internet)
