ftp
Description
File Transfer Protocol to allow tranfer of files from one computer to another.
It uses two channels, one a control channel ftp/tcp and the other a data
channel ftp-data/tcp.

I've never heard of ftp/udp, anyone?
Popular Public Domain implementations include the wuftpd from the wustl
archive.
ftp://wuarchive.wustl.edu/packages/wuarchive-ftpd. You shouldn't be too
surprized if you don't get access. Wuarchive is a very very busy site.
