 The error header says "Reporting-MTA: dns; smtp04.mrf.mail.rcn.net"
  MTA is Message Transfer Agent and it is comming from rcn, which  rcn
and I can't contact hrw.

The Internet documentation for error 5.4.7 - Delivery expired says:
 "Message delivery could not be completed within the specified
      time interval."
  So, I don't think it's anything on your computer.

This could be because for a variety of reasons
1. The DNS (Domain Name Server) which tells rcn the internet address
(207.172.4.99) of hrw has the wrong address.  The DNS may belong to rcn or 
they
may use someone elses.
2.  There is a problem with hrw.com
3.  There are timers which tell the maximum time to wait for a mail progam 
to
respond.  If hrw is slow and rcn has their timmer set to not wait very 
long that
could cause the problem.  When rcn sends a message to hrw there is a 
handshake
protocol before the message is sent.
  RCN sends a message to HRW saying "I have a message to send you" 
(actually
computer codes which translate to that"
   HRW must then reply "I'm ready send the message"
   If that reply doesn't come back in some short time (usually 10-30 sec.) 
RCN
will give up.
