1. Every one submits a task with a score of 1-5 on how important it is.
No criticism of projects.
2. Everyone can provide their own score to the list of projects.
 
 3. aveage the scores and determine a priority list
 May need a conference call to adjust the result.
 4. Volunteers to manage each item either work it themselves or find a contractor.
 5. Conference call to decide who selects the contractor
