Thank you for signing up for _________________. This is a great trip that includes a lot of different activities in a stunningly beautiful area of California.

You will be receiving some paperwork from the Sierra Club main office which will include a "Trip Participant Approval" form and a medical form. Once you return those to me we can discuss any questions either of us might have regarding the activity level you are interested in or any health concerns.

You will also be receiving a form regarding your travel arrangements. Please return that as soon as you know when and how you will be arriving. I will be compiling a master list of all trip participants and their travel plans and then forwarding it to everyone.
