I'm Linda Conklin, the leader for the Wilderness Lakes Sierra Club trip. Thank you for signing up for this mountain hiking adventure.

On this trip, four of the days, we will be hiking 6 to 8 miles to glacial lakes from 6500' to 9000' elevation in the Emigrant and Carson-Iceberg Wilderness Areas. After the first two days of hiking we'll have a free day when you can choose to explore the Mother Lode region. On the last day of the trip, we'll drive to Yosemite Valley to tour its spectacular waterfalls.

Thank you again for your interest in Sierra Club National Outings. I look forward to receiving your Participant Approval Forms as soon as possible. The forms will be sent directly to you from the Sierra Club office.
