Payment/Cancellation Policy:
A 50% deposit is required to confirm & reserve the date and time of your cruise. The balance is due at 30 days prior to your event. If you cancel your event outside of 30 days, we will refund your monies minus a $100.00 service charge. If you cancel within 30 days of your event, we will refund 50% of your charter price. In the event that weather conditions do not permit a safe journey, we reserve the right to allow our captain(s) to cancel any cruise or to transfer the charter to another one of our vessels. If a mutually agreeable alternate cruise time cannot be found, all monies, minus a $25 fee, will be refunded.
