Presbyterian Church USA (PCUSA):
The PCUSA, the largest Presbyterian domination.
It had 4.25 million members in 1965 and was down to 1.5 million in 2015.
This is in part due to the decline of mainline religions in general and due to conservative/evangelical churches discontent with the progressive views of PCUSA. They are leaving for new startup Presbyterian denominations.
