Muesli was originally invented by a Swiss nutritionist and is an uncooked mixture that contains fruits, nuts, seeds, and grains. Commonly, it comes filled with rolled grains and can be eaten hot, cold (with milk or yogurt), or by itself. It can also be cooked on the stove top to create a hot muesli breakfast or added to an abundant amount of baked goods for a nutritious edge.

Muesli is full of fiber, healthy fats, antioxidants, and other filling ingredients that will keep you and your family going without weighing you down. Just add milk or yogurt!

A Convenient, Nourishing Breakfast or Snack. Muesli is a breakfast or brunch dish that's popular in Switzerland and Germany, consisting of raw rolled oats and other ingredients like fresh or dried fruits, seeds and nuts. It's often mixed with milk, soy milk, almond milk, yogurt, or even fruit juice for a light and satisfying way to start the day. Keep a batch in your pantry for quick and easy meals or snacks whenever you need them.

OVERNIGHT
Overnight oats has been around for a good century or more thanks to a Swiss doctor/nutritionist Maximillian Bircher-Benner.

You simply soak the oats overnight, add some grated apple then additions as you prefer. I have just added some raisins and a little cinnamon and yoghurt since I soaked the oats in apple juice. Some people soak them in milk, others soak them in water. I find apple juice gives them a lovely freshness and sweetness that means there's no need to add any other sugar.
Also, importantly, the oats don't go soggy. soaking 20 minutes or so in the morning will soften the oats a bit. I'd recommend you just use less liquid.
