Two recipes
2 Cups cooked cut chicken
1 Cup cooked rice
2 Cups chopped celery
½ Cup chopped onion
1 can water chesunts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
¾ cup mayo
1 tsp lemon juice
3 hard cooked eggs, sliced
1 Cup crushed cornflakes
½ stick butter
Mix all except cornflakes and butter, bake covered at 350 40 min.
Frizzle crushed cornflakes in butter, spread on top of casserole, cook uncovered 15 min.
2 cups turkey or chicken (cooked & diced)
1 8 oz. can water chestnuts (diced)
1 box macaroni and cheese
1 cup milk
1 cup chicken or turkey broth
1/2 cup green pepper (diced)
1 small jar pimento (chopped)
1 small onion (chopped)
4 hard-boiled eggs (chopped)
1/2 cup celery (diced)
2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup
Mix all together and pour into a 9 x 13 inch pan.
Refrigerate over night.
Top with 1 cup crushed potato chips (Put this on 45 minutes before done)
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours (uncovered)
