Issues:
The main problem with Solano Counties Ownership As of September, 2025 is there are now 3 names which are wrong. Jean transfered here shares to Don and Dale in February, 2002, so she has no ownership.
Dale and Marty on there because of a messing original copy of a deed from 11/7/1997 -
It transferred a 1/48th interest 0.201% (6 acres) from Dale and Marty to Jean Copy Here 

These names are not currently owners (Dale and Marty's share is in their trust)

1 % should be transfered to the MCBRIDE DALE G TR 1 % should be transfered to the Donald T. McBride Trust Percents are what I deduced from what would have happend because of the missing deed, but I could not find these numbers in any documents.
History:

June 1, 1869 Jonathan Sikes acquires The NE 1/4 of section 4 in township 7N of range 2E California via Homestead Certificate No. 48
Sometime later he acquires the SE quarter section of Section 33 Township 8N Range 2E from an unknown owner.


01/23/1913 Jonathan passes and ownership to his wife, Caroline, Woodley Palmer Sikes
12/25/1915 Caroline passes and passes ownership to her children.

Clara Belle Sikes does not show up. She was single, a piano teacher and owned income property in Berkeley, so may have gotten financial help earlier with that. She was an invalid when I knew her, but had sizable investments.

The Ranch was owned by G. A. (Alvin) Sikes and his wife Clara from 1918 - 1966
