Transfering files from your Mac

Download Android File Transfer
Connect your Android vis a USB cable
Enable USB file transfer
   Start Android File Transfer on your Mac
   Swipe down on your tablet you will see "File Transfer"
   You will see a "Use USB for"  window - Check File Transfer
   I had to restart file transfer on my Mac
