Route Access Protocol
Description
RAP is a general protocol for distributing routing information. It encourages
spreading routing information as far as possible.
Protocol
The udp version of rap, is used to allow non routing clients to
find the gateway, since there was no such thing at the time of the
writing of the protocol.
