Running a Perl program on Mac OS X Right click helo.pl and save it. "save link as" or "download linked file" Open the terminal app in Applications/Utilities type "/usr/bin/perl ~/Downloads/hello.pl" (Assuming you saved it in Downloads) ~ stands for your user directory.
