Carousel:
$22M for the Carousel Estate (3.2 acres, 14 bedrooms) formerly owned by the family of investment banker Robert Quist.
A three-bedroom cottage on the property once served as caretakers' quarters, and there's also a separate three-bedroom guest house and an additional two-car garage.
It has a 200-foot-long stretch of shoreline.
