Baba Ghanoush.
a very popular Middle Eastern dish made primarily of eggplant and tahini, a paste made from sesame seeds. See What is Baba Ganoush ?

Open 29 oz can of Baba Ghanoush. Add 1 tsp Tahinah (Sesame Seed Paste), lemon juice, garlic & olive oil to taste. Let sit for 10-15 minutes.

Jicama:
Jicama is a crispy, sweet, edible root that resembles a turnip in physical appearance, although the plants are not related. Jicama has been cultivated in South America for centuries, and the vegetable is quite popular in Mexican cuisine. See What is Jicama?

Skin and slice the Jicama into strips. Halve the strips. Sprinkle with Tajin (see below) Salsa en Polovo. Lay out on baking pan or cake sheet with toothpicks.

Tajin.
Tajin is a Mexican snack and fruit powder seasoner made of ground chile peppers, salt and dehydrated (crystallized) lime juice. Excellent for pizzas, citrus fruit and vegetables like cucumbers and watermelons.
