salt and pepper. 

Start a 16 pound turkey cook turkey in 2 or 3 quarts of chicken broth 
 breast side down first.  For two hours uncovered and stuffed.
 Rotate turkey breast side up cook the rest of the way uncovered.
drippings are good for making gravy.
