1 Cup butter
1 ½ Cup powdered sugar
½ tsp vanilla
1 tsp almond extract
1 egg
2 ½ Cup sifted flour
1 tsp baing soda
1 tsp cream of tartar
1 Cup ground nuts
Cream butter, sugar and extracts until smooth and creamy, add egg, measure and sift dry ingredients twice, add to creamed mixture. Add heaping cup ground nuts (walnuts, pecans, brazil nuts or almonds). Roll in small balls bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 400 8-10 min. When cool roll in powdered sugar
