Greetings from Minnesota where, after the worst spring I can remember, the start to summer has not been encouraging.

We had 2 more participants sign-up last week, which brings the total to 10, and I'm waiting for their forms before I send out the contact list for ride-sharing. In the meantime - some questions about food - please let me know -

  • What is your preference for beverages in the morning? Coffee, tea (caffeinated or non-caffeinated), hot chocolate, or something else?
  • Do you add anything to your morning beverage? Sugar, milk, something else?
  • Are there any changes in your dietary restrictions? Is there anything that comes to mind that if served you will absolutely refuse to eat? Unless you let me know otherwise, the meals planned for you will be based on the information on your form.
  • Gorp - we will also be supplying some for on the trail and between meals. If you have any strong preferences (either pro or con) let me know. We'll have a selection with some variety but will try to accommodate your preferences if we can.
