Greetings to all,
I have the pleasure of serving as your chef and chief dishwasher for our upcoming Yoga and Hiking adventure. I want to be sure to select recipes that will meet the nutritional intake and personal preferences of everyone on our trip. Therefore, I am emailing you to inquire regarding your nutritional, vegetarian or vegan preferences. Susan Elsner has forwarded your food preferences information to me from the participant information sheets, but if you would have just a moment to reply to let me know a bit more about yourself, I would be most appreciative.
