In its promotional materials, Regency Centers says the shopping center is within a 10-minute drive of more than 110,000 people with a median household income of $107,977 in one of the wealthiest counties in the country. The daytime population rises to 166,000.
The material also says that 40 percent of the residents have a bachelor's degree or above.
